Kinetics partnered with Xuru Stays to build a fully digital short-term rental operation that supports property owners in El Gouna. The goal was to create a seamless system where owners can hand over their units to Xuru, which then manages every aspect; from pricing and marketing to guest communication and operations. Our work involved developing an end-to-end solution that integrates with major platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others, enabling centralized control over listings, availability, and performance. In addition to managing external channels, the system also supports internal booking management, making Xuru Stays a complete, tech-powered rental management ecosystem. This project is ongoing, with continued enhancements to scalability, automation, and user experience.
