Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape.

  • Build trust and credibility through proactive communication, strategic recommendations, and value-driven insights.

  • Manage complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Lead the development of annual account strategies and campaign roadmaps.

  • Drive business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the strategy team to create data-driven proposals and campaign recommendations.

  • Contribute to agency thought leadership, industry research, and new business pitches.

Campaign & Project Oversight

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns.

  • Ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives, performance KPIs, and brand guidelines.

  • Approve high-level creative concepts and ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Supervise and mentor account managers and executives, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Foster a collaborative environment between internal departments (creative, media, content, development).

  • Ensure consistent quality standards and adherence to processes across all accounts.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience: 2–4 years in account management within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency, with at least 2 years experience.

  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.

  • Must be currently living in Hurghada.
