Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and production) to align event themes, visuals, and experiences with brand objectives.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-event reports.
-
Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure all event elements meet quality and brand standards.
-
Prepare and present event proposals, schedules, and briefs.
-
Handle administrative tasks such as permits, contracts, and vendor payments.
-
Assist in developing creative event concepts, theming, and guest experience strategies.
-
Supervise event setup, registration, guest management, and teardown.
-
Ensure all safety, compliance, and brand guidelines are met during event execution.

Collect feedback and contribute to post-event evaluations and performance improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or marketing within an agency or corporate environment.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.

Familiarity with vendor management and budgeting processes.
