Job Description
 Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated marketing strategies tailored to client goals and market conditions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Create annual and quarterly marketing calendars for clients and internal initiatives
2. Campaign Oversight
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, traditional media, and events
- Ensure campaigns achieve KPIs such as awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales
- Align creative, media buying, and content production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Present strategies, reports, and campaign outcomes in a clear, compelling manner
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise account managers, performance marketers, and creatives on assigned projects
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality output
- Facilitate collaboration across all departments for integrated campaign delivery
- Conduct the performance appraisal for the team and identifying areas of development.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Track campaign ROI and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights and market trends
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong agency experience with multi-channel campaigns
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot)
- Experience with brand strategy and campaign performance tracking
Soft Skills
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative yet data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
