Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Leadership
-
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape.

Build trust and credibility through proactive communication, strategic recommendations, and value-driven insights.

Manage complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strategic Planning & Growth
-
Lead the development of annual account strategies and campaign roadmaps.
-
Drive business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
-
Collaborate with the strategy team to create data-driven proposals and campaign recommendations.
-
Contribute to agency thought leadership, industry research, and new business pitches.
Campaign & Project Oversight
-
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
-
Ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives, performance KPIs, and brand guidelines.

Approve high-level creative concepts and ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
-
Supervise and mentor account managers and executives, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.

Foster a collaborative environment between internal departments (creative, media, content, development).

Ensure consistent quality standards and adherence to processes across all accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 2–4 years in account management within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency, with at least 2 years experience.

Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering measurable results.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
-
Must be currently living in Hurghada.
