About the Project
Kinetics partnered with Ajman Free Zone and Ajman Media City to support the Emirate’s vision of full digital transformation. Our mission spanned both brand building and product development, from launching a multi-platform digital presence to designing a seamless user experience for business setup and operations. The project focused on attracting entrepreneurs and business owners to establish their ventures in Ajman, with a strategic blend of marketing, UX, and interface design that connected directly with their needs. Over the course of six months, we built from scratch a digital ecosystem that now supports the region’s ongoing economic growth.

Digital Marketing
For Ajman Media City, Kinetics led a six-month digital marketing push aimed at raising awareness and generating qualified leads. We launched the brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X; targeting entrepreneurs and company owners seeking expansion opportunities. Our team handled strategy, content creation, paid media, and full community management, translating the Media City’s offerings into engaging, platform-native campaigns. The result was a sharp increase in brand visibility and inbound interest, successfully positioning Ajman as a competitive, digital-first destination for business setup.

We began the Ajman Free Zone digital product journey with a comprehensive discovery phase. UX Design
Grounded in our discovery work, we designed user flows that reflected real user behavior and pain points. Our UX process focused on simplifying the experience of setting up and managing a business, a journey traditionally filled with friction. We defined the end-to-end interaction map for both the mobile app and dashboard, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and ease of navigation. Every decision, from flow hierarchy to information grouping, was guided by user goals and the need for digital efficiency.

As part of our UX strategy, we developed detailed user personas based on targeted research. Mobile Wireframes
With user goals and flows clearly defined, we moved into wireframing, visualizing the structure of the mobile app screen by screen. The wireframes prioritized simplicity, speed, and self-service capability. They outlined the layout of essential features such as service applications, account management, and real-time updates. These were validated through iterative reviews before evolving into high-fidelity UI designs that carried through Ajman’s brand identity and digital aspirations.
