About the Project
Kinetics partnered with Employ ESBC, a Canada-based initiative launched by the government to promote inclusive hiring for people of all colors, backgrounds, and abilities. The goal was to create a digital platform that connects diverse job seekers with employers actively seeking to build equitable workplaces. In just two months, we delivered a fully functional website and dashboard system that aligned with the initiative’s mission; combining accessibility, clarity, and purpose to support a more representative workforce across Canada.

Mobile Application
The mobile application was designed to make the employment journey intuitive and empowering for job seekers. From browsing openings to submitting applications and managing profiles, every interaction was optimized for ease and inclusion. The interface featured accessible navigation, friendly visuals, and a mobile-first experience tailored to users of varying digital literacy levels. With its focus on representation and user empowerment, the app became a practical and inviting tool for those looking to take their next career step.

Dashboard
To support the platform’s operational needs, we developed a robust administrative dashboard that enabled real-time management of users, job postings, and application activity. The dashboard allowed employers and platform administrators to track performance, manage applicants, and generate insights; all through a clean, scalable interface. Built with clarity and functionality in mind, the dashboard played a critical role in streamlining hiring operations while reinforcing the initiative’s commitment to equity and inclusion
