About the Project
Kinetics partnered with Stella di Mare to elevate the guest experience through digital innovation across their luxury hospitality operations. Over the course of one year, we developed an integrated ecosystem that merged convenience, efficiency, and smart technology , aligning with Stella di Mare’s vision of modern luxury. The project aimed to streamline both guest interactions and internal operations by connecting a smart mobile application with a powerful backend dashboard. Through this initiative, the hotel brand positioned itself at the forefront of digital transformation in the regional hospitality space.

Mobile Application
The custom-built mobile app was designed to empower guests with full control over their stay. Key features included smart room access via secure mobile keys; developed in partnership with Assa Abloy, as well as digital service requests for housekeeping, room service, maintenance, and more. Guests could also book excursions, request car charging, or reserve at on-site outlets, all from their phones. The interface combined luxury aesthetics with functional design, providing a seamless experience that reflected the elegance and modernity of the Stella di Mare brand.

Dashboard
To complement the mobile app, we developed a robust backend dashboard that gave hotel staff real-time visibility into all service requests and guest activity. From room service and maintenance to outlet reservations and car charging, every touchpoint was monitored and tracked through a central interface. This data-driven platform allowed operations teams to assign tasks, monitor fulfillment, and analyze trends, ultimately improving service delivery and operational efficiency across departments.
