About the Project

Kinetics partnered with DM Developments to support the launch and growth of The Groove, a premium rental housing destination in Ain Sokhna. The objective was to create a unified digital presence that would drive brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and build a strong online community around the project. Our approach combined strategic social media marketing with the design and development of a dedicated website; offering users a seamless digital journey from discovery to inquiry. By aligning visuals, messaging, and functionality across all channels, we positioned The Groove as a go-to coastal getaway for individuals and families seeking comfort, luxury, and convenience.

Our digital marketing strategy focused on showcasing The Groove’s unique lifestyle offerings through engaging content, targeted advertising, and real-time community interaction. We managed Instagram and Facebook channels with platform-specific content; highlighting beach views, amenities, interior designs, and limited-time offers. Paid campaigns were optimized for reach and lead generation, while our community management team maintained active engagement with potential renters. As a result, we saw measurable increases in follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion volume, effectively turning social platforms into a lead engine for the project.

To complement the social presence, we designed and developed a clean, mobile-optimized website that served as the digital face of The Groove. The design aligned with the project's upscale coastal identity while offering a smooth and responsive user experience.
